Contacting the clinic
For questions about contacting us and your personal data, contact Amabilia Clinic at info@amabilia.hr or at Nova cesta 177, 10000 Zagreb.
Appointment enquiry
To respond to your enquiry, we use your name, email address, phone number if provided, selected service and preferred date. These details are used to communicate with you and arrange an appointment. Please do not submit sensitive health information or medical records through this form.
The form sends your contact enquiry by email through WordPress. Enquiries are not stored in a separate form database. The server and email provider may process technical logs to operate and protect the system. The clinic’s policies govern retention and further processing.
Cookies and external links
Fonts and photographs load from this website. The Google map loads only when you choose to display it; your browser then connects to Google, which applies its own privacy policy. Social media and article links also lead to third-party services. No marketing or analytics tools have been added.
Your questions and rights
Contact the clinic with questions about data processing, access to your data or corrections. You may also contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency about the processing of your data.
Information about medical content
This website describes areas of practice and our approach to care. Photographs of movement are illustrative and do not depict clinic patients. Diagnosis, treatment selection and recovery planning follow an individual medical assessment. Contacting us to request an appointment does not confirm a booking.
Amabilia Privé
The public enquiry form collects contact details, not medical records. Before starting the programme we agree identity verification, a protected communication channel and the handling of medical documentation. Details follow the actual healthcare provider’s privacy notice and your individual agreement. Programme consultations are documented as healthcare; consent to marketing is separate.
Analytics and advertising preferences
Amabilia Connect lets you choose analytics and advertising separately. Additional measurement is activated only after your choice and on eligible pages. You can change your preferences through the privacy-settings button. This integration does not send form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers or the selected medical service to advertising platforms.
Depending on configured integrations and your preferences, providers may include Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
