Clear arrangements.
More personal care.
We agree on the programme, communication and costs before you join. These are the basic terms; your individual agreement confirms the provider, appointments and medical plan.
1. Your doctor and scope of care
Amabilia Privé provides individual specialist care in orthopaedics and traumatology, treatment follow-up and recovery, with Dr Stjepan Ćurić. Your medical needs guide the programme. For concerns outside this specialty, we direct you to an appropriate professional. The programme does not replace your regular family doctor.
Before entering an agreement or making your first payment, you receive the actual healthcare provider’s name and Croatian tax identification number (OIB), the responsible doctor’s details, the approved scope of services, your scheduled appointments and secure communication channel.
2. Initial assessment and joining
A specialist assessment and personal medical plan are completed before the programme starts. We assess suitability and agree on follow-up goals. The initial assessment and plan are charged separately; their scope and final price are confirmed before booking.
3. Your agreement and programme fee
We agree the programme and monthly fee after your initial consultation. The final amount, including applicable taxes, is confirmed before you enter an agreement or make a payment. Your individual agreement sets out the start date, billing periods and payment dates. The initial assessment and additional services are agreed and charged separately. There is no exit fee.
4. One scheduled contact each week
During each calendar week of the active programme, you may use one scheduled phone consultation of up to 15 minutes or one documented written medical reply on one topic within your care. We agree on the appointment and communication method with you.
You may send an e-mail when it suits you. Your doctor replies during the scheduled consultation. The programme does not include immediate replies or round-the-clock availability. If your concern requires an examination or further investigation, your doctor recommends an appropriate next step.
5. Contact is optional
You do not need to get in touch every week. The monthly fee applies even if you do not request contact, while the provider actually maintains the agreed care and availability and carries out follow-up according to medical need and your plan. Unused weekly contacts do not carry over or reduce the fee. If the provider does not deliver an agreed service, section 8 applies.
6. Your medical plan and records
Your doctor records care provided, interprets relevant findings and adjusts your plan as needed. Health data and documents are shared through a secure channel agreed before the programme starts. Data protection is explained in the privacy notice.
7. Home visits and additional services
A home visit by Dr Ćurić may be arranged according to medical need, availability and the service area, once it is confirmed within the actual provider’s approved scope. The appointment, examination and final price, including travel, are agreed beforehand. A home visit is not an emergency response.
Further examinations, investigations, procedures and services from other providers are charged separately. You confirm each additional service and its price before it is provided.
8. If the agreed appointment cannot take place
If the provider cannot keep an agreed appointment or provide agreed care, an acceptable alternative appointment will be offered within an appropriate time. If an alternative is not possible or acceptable, a proportionate refund is arranged for the service not provided. Your other statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Renewal and cancellation
The programme renews monthly under your individual agreement. You may cancel at any time before the next billing period begins, without a penalty or exit fee. Send cancellation to the agreed provider contact; receipt is confirmed. Care for the period already paid for continues until that period ends.
10. In-person assessment and emergency care
Phone and written consultations have limitations. If your condition cannot be safely assessed remotely, you need an in-person examination or another appropriate form of care. For emergencies in Croatia, call 194 or 112; do not wait for a programme reply.
11. Website enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not accept a contract, activate the programme or make a payment. Enter only your contact details and a brief administrative enquiry in the contact form. Do not enter health data or submit medical documents through that form. Before you join, we confirm programme suitability, all terms and your individual agreement.
12. Questions and written complaints
Send questions or written complaints to info@amabilia.hr. We acknowledge receipt of complaints and respond within the statutory deadline. Your individual agreement also identifies the actual provider and its official complaints contact.
